Interview

Well, doing temp job for few months already.
Want to earn more and therefore went to an interview to start my full time position.
Before interview, i will do some "homework" to make sure that i know about the company
as well as "spot" some interview questions that the interviewer may ask.


However, all my "spot" questions were not being asked =.=
1. Do you know about our company?
2. Why do you want to work here?
3. What do you think you can contribute to our company?
4. How long do you think you can stay in our company?
5. What is your strength?
6. How do you think you can fit in to the job that you're applying for?
7. What do you see yourself in 3-5 year time?


What they asked were:
1. Tell me more about your past working experiences.
2. What do you think about our working environment here?
3. Do you think you can handle stress?
4. Do you ever encountered difficult customers and how do you handle them?


Sometimes life just doesn't follow as planned. 
So just have to be flexible and cope it whenever it changes.
